SE swell from hurricane Dorian is making its way up to the northern Outer Banks. The swell is much bigger down towards Hatteras island due to the swell direction. Onshore winds will remain throughout the day. We have our eyes on Dorian. Many of the models have the storm passing over the Outer Banks.
